Happy Birthday James...and come here delicious Turkey!

November is always a GREAT month.  First and foremost, we have James' Birthday.  Then you have Thanksgiving and the whole process of getting ready for Christmas....It's like the perfect storm of funness.  This month was also the last month the kids were in after school care.  James wasn't too fond of being there from 2:30 - 5:30 and Olivia just wanted to be home.

So... making kids happy + more money in my pocket =  Non-caffinated Dean Oops, I'm happy, but didn't have my coffee!!

Here's the kids on their last day of After School Care.

Armando HouseNovember is also the month my tenant, Gil, fully moved out. The man had lived here for over 20 years and it was sad...for almost 20 full minutes (no offense to Gil).  Finally having access to your whole house after 10 years is like building on a new addition...it's just awesome.

Win MoneyI'll give anyone $3 who can guess what James is doing to himself.
(The answer is at the end of this blog)

It looks as though Olivia is watching some educational cartoon on my laptop....good girl Liv.

For James Birthday got him the usual, Lottery tickets, a carton of Marlboro Mediums and airplane glue.  Ok, not really, but we did get him lots and I mean LOTS of scratch offs. (I like to teach disappointment at an early age).

Here's me and Liv baking cupcakes for James Birthday.

 Ain't they purdy??

James got his first cell phone this Birthday.  It's the only thing he wanted and promised he would take care of it and not lose it and love it and stroke it and feed it..you get the picture.

As usual, after James Birthday at home comes a Birthday celebration at Grandmas house

November also marked my return to Catz Sports Training.  It had been a while since I tortured myself and I was definitely due.

Here's a pic of the Painmaster Eric and I

Quick shot of the torture grounds.

Liv and I were in Barnes and Noble and came across an interesting book to help kids cope with divorce.

and what a way to cap off November with the return of Elfie the Christmas Voyer elf. If you have never seen this little dude before, you have to adopt one here.

Answer to the $3 question above:  James is seeing what happens when he puts a Reynolds handi-Vac bag sealer on his nipple.  Yah, that's my boy.
