Matilda, you really did bring a ton of love into this house, talk about personality…you had tons. You came into our life meowing and left the same way. We’re all going to miss you. Like James said “head toward the light Tilda”

This was interesting
This month was dominated by Halloween (of course) and to celebrate it, we took a trip to 6 Flags “Fright Fest” (finally!!).
Finally!!! That was one looooonnnnnnggggg summer. I was quivering with excitement because I needed to restore some balance and routine back to this household. Working from home with the kids here all day was not a good plan (It’s a struggle without the interruptions) So when i saw that bus amble down the street, it might as well been a truck load full of cheesecake, cause I was grinning from ear to ear.
Ahhh, our second trip to the farm in Rome NY. This trip was titled “Hot Mess Deus”. On this trip we only stayed for 4 days and brought James’s friend Alec. It was a short trip because I came up just to go to Brittany’s cousins wedding.
Olivia….a Diva? Not really, but she does like to dress the part. So I figured her sixth birthday was a big deal and wanted to give her a really cool party. I’ve seen this place called Just Fabulous (next to where I get my haircut) since Liv was little and always wanted to have a party for her there.
Another perfect Six Flags day. The Sun was out and the park was basically dead. I don’t know why, but all I know is we got to go on coaster ride after coaster ride (until I almost turned green)
It was a hot one (around 90 + humidity) and that coupled by the large group…made us move like a three toed sloth….SLOW!
